Duván López and The Wellbeing Planet Foundation present the new project, "SELVAS Y BOSQUES" .

This initiative, consisting of a traveling exhibition, will tour different countries and be inaugurated at the

World Art Dubai (May 2 to 5, 2024).

Forests provide multiple benefits for people's mental and physical health.

We invite you to participate in our reforestation project with The Wellbeing Planet Foundation.

How does it work?

For each T-shirt purchased, we pledge to donate 50% of the profit to the reforestation project we have selected:

Tibetan Village Children School in Ladakh. This project, led by committed young Ladakis, is dedicated to planting trees and preserving the Himalayan ecosystem. Its annual work is worth an estimated $23,000. 

 

The Artworks

Duvan's artistic vision transforms the canvas into a round window, a spyglass through which we observe fragments of the jungle. Each piece is a vibrant scene of the forest's biodiversity.

"Biophilia and art" Installation

Biophilia and Art is a project that brings together science, art, and nature to explore the connection between human beings and their natural environment. Led by Koncha Pinós, an expert in neuroaesthetics, and based on the work of Colombian artist Duván López, this research focuses on the emotional and psychological impact of the exhibition Jungles and Forests, designed to reduce eco-anxiety and solastalgia in children, adolescents, and adults.

The exhibition combines visual elements with soundscapes inspired by Colombian rainforests, inviting participants to reconnect with nature from an emotional and sensory perspective. In addition, it integrates pioneering research that links the artist’s creative experience with that of the visitors as they interact with the artwork.
