Delve into our jungle exhibition and discover why these natural wonders are essential for your mental well-being. Immerse yourself in their serenity, connect with their tranquility, and find peace amid nature as we explore together how jungles nurture our minds and souls. Even experiencing the jungle through art has a profound impact on our perception and mental well-being, transporting us to these natural sanctuaries from anywhere.

What a “civilized” Westerner might consider primitivism offered me a direct experience of disconnection: to feel, vibrate, connect, reflect, and rediscover myself. Many years later, as I try to describe that experience, I realize the profound influence it had on shaping the person I am today.

These works invite us to connect directly with the earth, to rediscover our roots, and to become aware of the privilege of inhabiting this wonderful planet, savoring the miracle of life.

Dr. Koncha Pinós, a renowned expert in neuroaesthetics and critical thinking, has devoted her life to studying how art transforms the human brain and enriches our perception of the world. With more than three decades of experience in research, education, and international projects, her approach harmoniously combines art, science, and spirituality, revealing the deep connections between beauty and well-being.

In her collaboration with Duván López’s Biofilia y Bienestar, Dr. Pinós offers a unique perspective that explores the impact of artwork on the senses and the human mind. Drawing on concepts such as neuroplasticity, the emotional connection with nature, and art’s capacity to awaken consciousness, she highlights how López’s vibrant, dreamlike landscapes transcend the visual realm, inviting us to experience a symphony of colors and forms that activate the senses and stimulate creativity.

As a curator and researcher, Dr. Pinós transforms each piece into a portal for inner exploration, connecting us with forests and jungles not just as physical spaces, but as symbols of resilience, growth, and spirituality. Her work reveals how these artworks evoke a state of active meditation, inspiring a profound sense of connection with both the universal and the intimate.

Inspired by her work with artists, mystics, and global leaders, Dr. Koncha Pinós guides us on a journey where art becomes a bridge between the material and the transcendent, celebrating humanity’s ability to find light and meaning in the most unexpected places.
